Job summary

NIC Global is seeking a dependable light assembly operator to build components from drawings and schematics. You will gather parts, subassemblies, and tools, operating basic shop equipment to produce subassemblies that meet defined quality standards.

The role emphasizes following written and verbal instructions, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating within a team to complete repetitive tasks efficiently. Training opportunities and a supportive workplace help you grow here.

Qualifications

  • High school level education or equivalent and specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job.
  • Strong attention to detail able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to meet production and quality standards.
  • Ability to work on assignments that are repetitive in nature and may be moderately complex.
  • Decision making and judgment is required to perform quality checks.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to function in a team environment.
