Job summary

Innomotics in Norwood, OH is seeking an Assembly Setup operator (1st shift) to prepare, store, load, unload, and support motor assembly. You will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and assist in material movement and kanban management.

The role requires forklift and crane operation, basic SAP/ERP use, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required to perform safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate 6S and safety practices according to policies.
• Use SAP/MS Office for inventory transactions.
• Read drawings/specifications and follow manufacturing methods.
• Move and store materials; assist in all material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and Kanban zones.
