Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking team members to assemble packaging interiors in our Piedmont, SC facility. You will read design prints and assemble components, while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will use hand tools and PPE as required, participate in CI and 5S activities, and support team efforts to deliver top-quality packaging solutions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standard work, and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

About The Opportunity

Assemble components to create packaging interiors while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete necessary assembly operations according to the design print.
2. Follow all necessary steps in assembly process to ensure top quality product.
3. Safe and proper use of all hand tools required.
4. Safe and proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) required for the job.
5. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI and follow standard work.
6. Actively participates in 5S and Safety activities.
7. Contribute to team efforts by working together and accomplishing tasks as required.
8. Ensures all work meets quality standards.
9. Other duties as assigned.
