Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Piedmont, SC is hiring to assemble components to create packaging interiors while adhering to quality and safety standards. You will complete assembly operations per design prints and use hand tools safely.

You’ll be involved in continuous improvement activities, participate in 5S and safety initiatives, ensure all work meets quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned to support our two-company packaging and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete necessary assembly operations according to the design print.
• Follow all necessary steps in assembly process to ensure top quality product.
• Safe and proper use of all hand tools required.
• Safe and proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) required for the job.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI and follow standard work.
• Actively participates in 5S and Safety activities.
• Contribute to team efforts by working together and accomplishing tasks as required.
• Ensures all work meets quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
