Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring for Production/Assembly Operators in Reno, Nevada. Pay rates include $22.08/hr for 1st Shift and $25.39/hr for 3rd Shift, with a Weekend Shift option as described.

Shifts run 1st: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, 3rd: 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Fri–Sun. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, reporting malfunctions, performing repetitive axley assembly tasks, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background check, drug test & pre-employment verifications.
• Steel toe shoes/boots required.
• Good attendance.
• Must be able to work OVERTIME when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment and work areas.
• Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
• Reports equipment or tool malfunctions immediately to supervision.
• Maintains safety practices and communicates issues to supervisor/Team Leader.
• Checks finished products for problems and isolates defects.

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Production/Assembly Operators for our client located in Reno, Nevada.

Pay rate:

1st Shift: $22.08/hr

3rd Shift: $25.39/hr

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday

3rd Shift: 5 PM – 3:30 AM Monday to Thursday

Weekend Shift: 6 AM – 6:30 PM Friday to Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
• Maintain equipment and work areas
• Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
• Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Maintain equipment and work areas
• Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
• Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues
• Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately

Requirements:

• Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
• Must have steel toe shoes/boots
• Must have good attendance
• MUST be able to work OVERTIME when needed
