RS Recruiting Solutions is sourcing 2nd and 3rd shift Production Assembly Operators for a local automotive manufacturer in Simpsonville, SC. This role offers a climate-controlled environment, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits once hired.

You will assemble components, inspect quality, and work with a team to meet daily output targets. Ideal candidates have basic hand-tool proficiency, attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and steady manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components and sub-assemblies per work instructions.
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensions using basic hand tools or measuring equipment.
• Load, unload, and operate assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and safety practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages or defect trends to shift supervisors.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain workflow and meet daily output goals.
