Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with experience or a Mechanical Engineering master's degree.
2–3 years of experience in assembly in a plant, supplier, or automotive Tier 1 as assembly equipment project manager.
Good command of English and understanding of HSE/ergonomics.

Responsibilities

Participates in conceiving the assembly process and equipment with EPM, MPM, and extended team.
Supports MPM/IPM for technical choices to improve the process.
Assesses supplier offers with the purchasing department to select the best solution.
Follows up design and realization of assembly equipment and ensures equipment validation.
Generates functional specs for project elements and standard components.
Validates equipment studies, including FMEA and ergonomics assessments.
Ensures equipment transfer and tuning to achieve product conformity.
Documents necessary equipment records and validates plans and risk analyses.
