Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of stable work history.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.
• Basic math including measuring with a tape and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and pack according to approved drawings.
• Maintain 6S standards and a clean, safe work area.
• Visually inspect filters for defects and report issues.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Operate Pleater and other production machinery as needed.
• Cross-train in other production areas and assist as required.
• Overtime availability required on a daily/weekly basis.
