Job summary

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, read safety rules, perform basic calculations, and lift up to 50 pounds. You will work across production areas, operate pleater machines and other equipment, and support meeting daily output goals.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.
• Simple math skills including measuring and basic calculations.
• The role requires standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly and packing instructions and procedures.
• Maintain cycle times and meet production standards.
• Visually inspect filters for defects.
• Operate pleater and production machinery.
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
• Support assembly operations to meet output goals.
