Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Attention to detail for visual inspection of products.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly/packing instructions and maintain production pace.
• Perform visual inspection of filters for defects.
• Operate Pleater and other production equipment.
• Cross-train in different production areas as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment per procedures.
