Thekineticgroup is hiring Assemblers in Lewiston, ID to support current and future needs. Starting hourly rate is $26.12 with shift differentials for several shifts, and a rotation through multiple assembly positions during training.

Workweeks range from 34.5 to 46 hours; Weekend Swing shifts (Fri-Sun, 5pm-5am) after training may apply. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of on-the-job experience, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain proficiency in Assembly Operation positions (load lines, packaging lines, inspection) and rotate through each position.
• May perform duties of an entry-level Machine Operator.
• Ability to work schedules assigned by supervision; no guaranteed minimum hours.
• Maintain good attendance within established standards.
• Follow work instructions to safely produce, assemble, inspect, and package products and components.
• Document production records and statistics as required.
