Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking candidates for a 1st shift assembly role. The position requires following drawings, operating assembly and specialty processes, and accurately gathering and recording data.

You will detect and correct errors using established quality methods and maintain safety and 5S in a busy manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include adhering to standards for quality and productivity, cross-training in other departments, and documenting all work performed.

Qualifications

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions.
• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
• Gather and record data accurately.
• Detect and correct errors utilizing established company communication and quality methodology.
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed.
