TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator II for 1st shift in Mount Joy, PA. The role involves reading drawings, following instructions, and performing assembly processes with a focus on quality and safety. You will gather data, address errors, and cross-train across departments to support production goals.

Required 1-2 years of related experience, attention to detail, and clear English communication. Soldering certification is preferred.

Job Title: ASSEMBLY OPERATOR II - 1st shift

Job Overview

This position will be working 1st shift, Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4pm.

As Assembly Operator II, you will;

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions
• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
• Gather and record data accurately
• Detect and correct errors utilizing established company communication and quality methodology
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed

What your background should look like

• 1-2 years of related work experience is preferable
• Detail-oriented individual with multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work under general supervision
• Can communicate clearly both written and verbally in English
• Soldering certification preferable
• This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19 -$22 /HR (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
