RTX, in its Collins Aerospace division, is seeking an Assembly Operator to perform routine assembly tasks on the 2nd shift. Training on the 1st shift may be required for up to four weeks. The role demands strict adherence to safety and quality, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• This position is on 2nd Shift. Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift.
• Training is typically on 1st shift. Candidates must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift.
