nVent is seeking entry level and skilled Assembly Operators for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. The role emphasizes safety and quality, with hands-on use of tools and teamwork in a production environment.

Good English communication is required. The position runs Monday–Friday evenings with some Saturday overtime. Base pay ranges from $14.80 to $27.50 per hour, with additional compensation possibilities based on role and location.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate is skilled at using hand tools, focuses on safety and quality as a priority and has good English written and verbal communication skills. This position will work evenings Monday-Friday, with some Saturday overtime.
• Pay Transparency nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range:
• $14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour
• Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
