You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.**You will:*** Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.* Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.* Perform final packaging operations.* Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.**Key Requirements:*** A minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience* Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs* Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.* Attention to detail* Teamwork environment**Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):*** 2nd shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm* Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)**Compensation:**The hourly pay for this role is: **$18.50 + 8% shift differential**. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
