You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role requires minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting automation initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.## You will:* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, ABB) and automated equipment.* Support integration of automation technologies including sensors, actuators, and PLCs.* Perform diagnostics and calibration of robotic arms and vision systems.* ### Install and maintain electrical panels, motor controls, and power distribution systems.* Interpret and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.* Perform electrical safety checks and ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.* Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.* Fabricate and install custom fixtures and tooling to support production.* Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, and compressed air.* Respond to maintenance requests from office and non-manufacturing areas.## Key Qualifications:* 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.* Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.* Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.* Welding, machining, or fabrication experience is a plus.* Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in warm, humid conditions.* Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.* Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.**Shift/Hours:*** 10pm-6am Monday - Friday* 2hrs regular OT, more available (after shift or on weekends)**Compensation:**The hourly pay for this role is: **$38-$45hr** **+ $1/hr. shift premium**.
