Recco Products in Wayland, MI is seeking an Assembly Operator to perform tasks assembling mesh and end caps, using various tools, and to conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications. This full-time role is based at our manufacturing facility in Wayland, Michigan.

Candidates must be able to remain seated for extended periods and operate shop resources with their hands. We offer health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K and team events to support our workforce.

Assembly Operator: Responsible for performing various tasks related to assembling components and ensuring the quality and safety standards are met. Assembly operators will utilize a variety of tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble mesh and end caps, as well as perform quality checks on finished parts. This role is critical in ensuring the overall quality and functionality of our manufactured parts.

Responsibilities:
