The position runs Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with a $20.31 base hourly rate plus a $1.75 shift differential. This temp-to-hire role requires precise assembly work and adherence to GMP in a clean manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include setting up production equipment, reading work orders, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math, measuring, and inspection skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work orders, product specifications, and quality standards.
• Follow GMP and operating procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Read and interpret work orders, product specifications, and basic drawings.
• Use measurement tools and equipment for inspection.
• Set up and operate equipment including branding machines, spooling, tube rinsing, and post-cure ovens.
• Perform cleaning, packaging and inspection of finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and use PPE.
