Job summary

Ideal Tridon in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assembly Operator to perform repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines on a Monday–Friday schedule (1st shift: 7:00am–3:30pm). The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong dexterity to handle small parts, with attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of the shift and work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass Basic Skills Test per ISO.
• Good dexterity to handle small parts.
• Accuracy and attention to detail required.

• Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Job Summary:

Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm

Essential Functions of Job:

• Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
• Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
• Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
• Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Job Qualifications:

• Accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs on regular basis
• Ability to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.
