Job summary

Anderson|Biro, LLC is seeking motivated Assembly Operators for the 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) to support manufacturing operations. You will assemble components, maintain work areas, and ensure quality throughout the production process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components (screws, rivets, bolts, inserts) as directed.
• Maintain and organize assembly work areas and supplies.

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and other components.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, components, and assembly supplies.
• Organize and maintain assembly work areas and equipment.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Management, Foremen, Operators, Quality personnel, and other team members to coordinate work and resolve issues.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately and legibly.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
