Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in Avon Lake, Ohio, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join the Cutting Dynamics team. This role installs and assembles components, maintains inventory, organizes the work area, and supports quality and documentation processes in a fast-paced aerospace-adjacent environment.

You will work with management and shop personnel, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement while pursuing personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.
• Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
• Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment.
• Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
• Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork

Who we are looking for

This position is located within our Re:Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Assembly Team at Cutting Dynamics is growing and seeking to fill the position of an Assembly Operator.
