Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to oversee assembly and related test activities across programs in Tempe, AZ. You will coordinate work assignments, training, inventory, tools, and facilities to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires an associate degree or technical certification with assembly/production experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred but not required; associate degree or technical certification accepted.
• Experience in assembly, production, or test operations.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, inventory, and logistics practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and coordinate assembly and test work across programs or locations.
• Maintain and coordinate training records and safety plans; ordnance handling, forklift, crane requirements.
• Manage parts inventory, logistics, shipment coordination, and tool accountability.
• Support facility improvement, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Develop team capability through coaching and feedback.
