Assembly Mechanic Level 2

As an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes by assembling and testing mechanical components and systems. Your ability to follow assembly instructions and perform quality checks will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to assembly instructions

• Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of assembled products

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble mechanical components and systems according to technical drawings and specifications

+ Perform functional tests and inspections to ensure product quality and reliability

+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues and mechanical failures

+ Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve assembly processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly

• Basic knowledge of mechanical components and systems

• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
