Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (12V DC & 110V AC).
• Proficient in mechanical assembly processes.
• Able to interpret engineering documentation independently.
• Familiar with hydraulic systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics.
• Assemble and install switch panels and electrical/mechanical components.
• Program lighting systems per engineering specs.
• Troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC systems.
• Perform repairs and rebuilds of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct functional testing and diagnose faults.
• Trace wiring, repair connections, and replace components.
• Handle equipment setup and changeovers.
• Identify discrepancies in prints and shop orders.
