Job Description: Under general supervision, performs various production assembly operations on electronic components and final assemblies. Supports final assembly activities, has familiarity with all lines, and can articulate instructions clearly. Requires 3+ years in a leadership role, capable of training others, supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and assisting engineering with prototyping and development. Responsible for generating ECRs, revising work instructions, and technical support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bench production assembly and setting/synching of parts
  • Maintain quality standards with minimal discrepancies
  • Meet production quotas
  • Follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Work independently with minimal instructions
  • Keep work areas clean and safe
  • Work with high/low pressure systems using various media safely
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Use computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Interpret documents, specifications, blueprints
  • Apply instructions from diagrams or written forms
  • Support overtime, travel as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues in final/sub-assembly areas
  • Assist engineering with prototypes and new model development

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be ITAR compliant
  • Perform visual inspections of parts
  • Support all line operations and support multiple work cells
  • Good understanding of electronics and ability to use testing equipment
  • Awareness of ESD requirements
  • Manual dexterity for small tooling and fixtures
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Professional conduct and teamwork

Physical Requirements: Continuous standing, sitting, walking, manual dexterity, and vision requirements; occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available.
