Job summary

Gavin Zickerman Quinton Samuels Operations is hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This role involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment and meeting daily output goals.

We offer 1st shift and 3rd shift with competitive hourly pay ($15.50–$17.00 including a $1.50 premium on the 3rd shift) and a $2 raise after 3 months, plus health benefits, PTO, holiday pay, and union shop access.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
• Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Job description

We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Location:

Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

Shift Options & Pay:

1st Shift

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• $15.50 per hour

3rd Shift

• 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
• $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium
• Total pay: $17.00 per hour

Pay Increase:

• Employees receive a $2.00 per hour raise after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
