Job summary

Trend Personnel is hiring Assembly Operators in Commerce, Texas, with start dates beginning in October 2026 for a high-volume manufacturing environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with multiple openings and ongoing hiring through year-end.

We seek dependable, safety-minded individuals to operate assembly equipment, meet cycle times, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. PPE required, will lift 50+ lbs, and contribute to production goals with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly line machinery and equipment efficiently while following all safety procedures.
• Complete assembly tasks within designated cycle times and according to standard work instructions.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Minimize waste and scrap through careful and efficient work practices.
• Maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to daily production schedules.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds company standards.
