Job summary

Envipco is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the assembly of Reverse Vending Machines in our US facility. You will lead a team of mechanical and electro‑mechanical assemblers, drive production flow, meet daily/weekly schedules, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will train new staff, troubleshoot issues with QA/Engineering, and communicate effectively to maintain a positive, resilient, and efficient production line that can adapt to changing demand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Supervisory experience desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Eager for challenge, growth and learning.
• Able to lead by example and take direction.
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production line operations assembling new and refurbished machines to meet schedules and demand.
• Monitor assembly across platforms to meet quality standards and first-time quality.
• Become proficient as trainer for new team members and assist as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electro‑mechanical issues with QA/Engineering.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and communicate with diverse personalities.
• Assist management with performance evaluations and employee development.
• Adapt to schedule changes due to new orders and demand shifts.
