Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator I to assemble and prepare plumbing parts for shipment in an Assemble-to-Order setting. You will operate and service production machines and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in daily tasks.

The role requires flexibility to move across stations, cross-training across departments, and contributing improvement ideas. Base salary is listed with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to flex to all jobs on the Assemble-to-Order line.
• Able to rotate to multiple jobs and work stations.
• Capable of cross-training on other jobs in home department and other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates and services a variety of production machines in an Assemble-to-Order work environment.
• Assembles and packs a variety of standard parts, may supply parts of a line or a feeder process.
• Records product count, scrap, time etc.
• Disassemblies, sorts, repairs, and salvages a variety of product.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced.
• Label printer operations and minor troubleshooting.
• Will be required to rotate to multiple jobs throughout work day.
• Works in a team and is responsible to use own time efficiently.
