Job summary

AMOT Controls in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on manufacturing worker to support assembly lines on-site. This role requires following detailed assembly instructions, performing machine setup, and adhering to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Candidates need at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; a high school diploma is preferred but not required. The schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime eligibility; physical requirements include frequent standing, lifting up to 35

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with manufacturing processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes.
• Perform machine setup where applicable; run machines and processes.
• Follow Quality Policy and Procedures, OSHA guidelines and regulations governing workplace safety.
• Train other employees on job functions and safety requirements, as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by team lead.
• Follow all company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
• Work independently and employ effective time management skills.
• Over-time as required.
