AtWork Group in Magnolia, TX is seeking reliable Assembly/Production Line Workers to join a manufacturing team. The position pays $15.00 - $16.00/hr, with a Monday - Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This temp-to-hire role involves assembling products, supporting line operations, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. Ideal candidates have assembly or warehouse experience, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts, components, and finished products according to work instructions.
Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Use basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.
Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Package, label, and prepare finished products as required.
Maintain daily production goals while following safety and quality standards.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Report damaged materials, defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervision.
