Rocket Lab is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II - Assembly & Integration to advance production quality and efficiency. You will work with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability, set up factories, and guide production from concept to validated processes.

The role emphasizes solving complex manufacturing issues, driving process improvements, and partnering across disciplines to accelerate ramp-up while maintaining safety and efficiency. CA-based role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience in manufacturing/production/process engineering.
• Hands-on problem solving in complex manufacturing systems.
• Ability to deliver on complex assignments with autonomy.
• Foundational knowledge in complex manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies and Manufacturing Technology R&D projects.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability at scale.
• Engineer and deliver factories: design, procure, install, validate assembly and test processes.
• Support development builds to accelerate ramp-up and learnings.
• Own production lines to remove blockers and improve yield.
