Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I for the 2nd shift in Minnesota to perform assembly and inspection tasks per written procedures. You will work under supervision, set up equipment, and ensure conformance to specifications using microscopes and measuring devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Special Skills: Read in English, follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per process specification.
• Works under close supervision with clearly defined duties.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automated machinery.
• Visually and dimensionally inspects parts for conformance.
• Completes required documentation and may package products for shipment.
• Participates in continuous improvement and expands skills through training.
