KEY Personnel, Inc. in Holland, MI is assisting a leading steel fabrication facility with immediate general labor openings on the 1st shift. Responsibilities include unloading a laser, operating a tapper, grinding and deburring parts, packing into kits, labeling, barcoding, and lifting heavy sheets of metal up to 50 pounds.

The team seeks punctual, reliable workers with a HS diploma or GED; blueprints reading is a bonus. Leather work boots are required for the job.

Responsibilities

• May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Shop floor work environment.

• They have general labor positions doing a variety of jobs including unloading a laser, running a tapper (a machine that puts the threads in metal) and grinding/deburring parts.
• Packing parts in in kits, labeling/barcoding, installing fastener/hardware.
• Lifting sheets of metal that can be wide/ long weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• This is similar to a shop floor work environment.
