Job summary

VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, hiring Full-Time Assembly Fans for our Coldwater, Ohio facility. The role is on the 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Friday, performing fabrication and assembly across fan models with strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication and assembly operations for all designated fan models in fan line work center and Hemi fan work center.
• Perform all fabricating operations according to company methods, safety, quality, and quantity standards.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Assure parts meet quality standards and count is accurate on all cartoning jobs.
• Setup assigned jobs as required.
• Move parts or loads into and out of work station as required.
• Keep work area neat and orderly.

VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world‑famous poultry watering and feeding systems. We are hiring Full‑Time Assembly Fans at our Coldwater, Ohio facility. The scheduled workdays are Monday‑Friday, 2:00 PM‑2:00 AM (2nd shift).

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $27.18/hr + $2.50 shift differential
• Benefits eligibility after 30 days
• Quarterly Incentive Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication and assembly operations for all designated fan models in fan line work center and Hemi fan work center.

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to turn laterally 90 degrees to right and left up to 200 times per hour for 8‑hour shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs to shoulder height.
• Must be able to stand for 8‑hour shift.
• Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs up to 6 ft distance up to 100 times per hour for 8‑hour shift.
• Must be able to legibly complete all necessary paperwork.
• Must be able to align two parts and assemble with bolt, lockwasher and nut to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Must be able to use appropriate hand tools, writing utensils and measuring devices required to meet quality, safety and quantity standards.
