VAL-CO a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems, is currently looking for Full-Time Assembly Fans in the Coldwater, Ohio facility.

* Offering UP TO $25.26/hr.

* 4-10 hour day

* Benefits eligibility after 90 days.

* Quarterly Incentive Bonus.

* 60 hours of PTO and 1 Floating Holiday after 90 days

* Weekly Pay

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform fabrication and assembly operations for all designated fan models in fan line work center and Hemi fan work center.
2. Perform all fabricating operations according to company methods, safety, quality, and quantity standards.
3. Properly complete all required paperwork.
4. Assure parts meet quality standards and count is accurate on all cartoning jobs.
5. Setup assigned jobs as required.
6. Move parts or loads into and out of work station as required.
7. Keep work area neat and orderly.
