$21.63-$30.28/Hour

Responsibilities:
Assemble, fabricate, and install mechanical, electro-mechanical, and composite components in support of aerospace manufacturing and production systems.
Perform machining, welding setup, sheet metal and tube fabrication, and composite lay-up.
Assemble precision mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical components and power systems.
Conduct soldering and install wire harnesses and avionics products.
Prepare and execute various test setups, including test articles and data collection devices.
Apply chemical conversion coatings and routine organic paint for corrosion protection and appearance.
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Follow established processes to drill, fasten, seal, and perform electrical bonding.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work any shift based on operational needs.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform tasks involving climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles including Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5S.
Experience working with safety, quality, and performance data in a production environment.
