Schedule

Monday to Friday, 1st Shift (full‑time), Overtime eligible, averaging 50–55 hours per week.

Job Duties

• Print, review, and track sales orders, pick lists, and blueprints to support assembly operations.
• Stage, move, and organize parts throughout the production and assembly areas.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve discrepancies in production reporting.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the MRP system for inventory and job tracking.
• Ensure documentation related to assembly activity is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate between departments to support smooth workflow and production efficiency.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or inventory coordination.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry ability.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or production documents (preferred).
• Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
