This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a supportive team, and growth potential in a manufacturing setting, with a 4-day workweek and 3-day weekends. W2 pay is $20–$21 per hour on a 12-month assignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools.
• Basic understanding of technical terms and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical assembly tasks, including skilled handwork and use of automated production equipment.
• Accurately interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and documents.
• Apply epoxies, perform wiring, component installations, bonding, and torque assembly on small parts.
• Set up and adjust tools and equipment, ensuring work meets precise tolerances.
• Adhere strictly to established processes and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively within the team to share information and resolve issues.
• Escalate concerns or obstacles to supervisors for prompt resolution.
