Job summary

Kelly Services, in Greeneville, TN, is partnering with John Deere to hire Assemblers.

No experience required. 1st and 2nd shifts available; start times 6:00am–6:30am and 4:00pm–4:30pm; 8- or 9-hour shifts.

Base pay is $18–$19 per hour, with weekly production bonuses raising pay to $20–$21.85 per hour, plus benefits and weekly pay, direct deposit, holiday pay, service bonus, PTO, healthcare options, and onsite managers.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willing to work overtime on Saturdays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld pneumatic tools to assemble landscaping machinery and equipment.
• Package products, use scanners to pick parts according to customer orders, and place on dollies.
• Follow work instructions to build products and ensure high standards of quality.
• Work closely with a team to ensure timely and precise delivery.

All positions are long-term temporary during peak season

1stShift:

Monday – Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays

What you’ll be doing as an Assembler:
