Spherion is hiring Assemblers immediately in partnership with John Deere in Greeneville, TN. John Deere is in agricultural parts manufacturing with training, raises, overtime and benefits. As a new hire you will work for Spherion Staffing with the opportunity to become a full time John Deere Team Member. Entry level candidates new to manufacturing are encouraged to apply!

Shifts Available

All positions are temporary with potential opportunity for temp to hire. All positions are considered seasonal.

1st Shift - 8-9 Hour Shifts (Starts between 6:00AM and 6:30AM)
1st Shift base pay = $18 per hour. In addition to the base pay, there is a weekly production bonus.

2nd Shift - 8-9 Hour Shifts (Starts between 3:00PM and 4:00PM)
2nd Shift base pay = $19 per hour. In addition to the base pay, there is a weekly production bonus.

Additional mandatory overtime may be required, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts safely and efficiently

• Experience with basic hand tools is preferred.
