Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation in Griffin, GA is seeking an OTD Assembly Associate to support safe, efficient order-to-delivery operations. You will prepare and process engine components, operate machines, maintain records, and help meet daily production goals.

Candidates should have basic computer skills and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, including current or prior 400-series engine assembly at IPSD Griffin.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Current or previous 400 series engine assembly experience at IPSD Griffin.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Must be capable of working in a participative, team-based culture.
• Must demonstrate reliability and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established standards, policies and procedures relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, attendance, quality of work life, IS09000 certification, and audits

Job Summary

The Industrial Power Systems Division has an exciting opportunity for an Order-To-Delivery (OTD) Assembly Associate in Griffin, Georgia. As an OTD Assembly Associate, you will become a member of the team that lives daily the team culture, understands and accepts plant policy, procedures and practices. Your daily tasks often include preparing/processing engine components, operating machines, maintaining records, and adhering to schedules and production goals.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain an environment that is safe and clean

• Must be able to work overtime as required

Shift

• Monday – Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime as required.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Summary Pay Range

$19.41 - $26.21
