Caterpillar Inc. in Griffin, Georgia, is seeking an Order-to-Delivery (OTD) Logistics Associate to join the Industrial Power Systems Division. You will coordinate shipment, manage inventory, and support daily logistics activities in a safe, compliant environment.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime as needed. Relocation not offered. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and quality in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• 1-2 years sit down, reach, and cherry picker experience.
• Current or previous logistics experience at IPSD Griffin.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Must be capable of working in a participative, team-based culture.
• Must demonstrate reliability and quality awareness.

Job Summary:

The Industrial Power Systems Division has an exciting opportunity for an Order-to-Delivery (OTD) Logistics Associate in Griffin, Georgia. As an OTD Logistics Associate, you will become a member of the team that lives daily the team culture, understands and accepts plant policy, procedures and practices. Your daily tasks often include coordinating and assisting with the shipment and distribution of goods and managing and inspecting inventory.

What you will do:

Summary Pay Range:

$19.41 - $26.21
