Job summary

EverStaff Manufacturing General is seeking skilled Assemblers for 1st shift in the United States Ohio area. The role involves hands-on assembly, machine operation, and part inspection with strict safety practices.

Cross-training across multiple stations offers growth opportunities. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with immediate need for candidates experienced in high-speed or precision machinery and proficient with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-speed or precision machinery preferred.
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained on multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, tooling) for production runs.
• Operate and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, etc.).
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance.
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during operation.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

We are seeking skilled and reliable Assemblers to put together a variety of manufacturing materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, and wants to grow their skills through cross-training on multiple stations.

Pay: $18-$20

Shift: 1st

Immediate need for experience with:

• Assembly
• Machine Operation
• Part Inspection

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, tooling) for production runs
• Operate and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, etc.)
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
