Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is hiring for an Assembly position on the 3rd shift at our Defiance, Ohio facility. You will operate basic machinery, load and unload materials, monitor operations, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic math. A High School diploma or equivalent is expected; prior manufacturing experience is welcome. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
