• Location: Fontana, CA 92337
• Position Type: Full Time
• Salary Range: $18.50 – $20.00 hourly
• Job Shift: 1st Shift (Day – Day)
• Expected Hours: 40 hours (overtime when needed)
• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Essential Functions

• Comply with established performance standards on each job (time study or pieces per hour).
• Operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun, and bundler.
• Follow assembly procedures and guidelines to ensure correct assembly of products.
• Perform general housekeeping of a workstation and assigned common area, including sweeping and disposal of trash.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Handle and transport corrugated materials within the assembly area.
• Collaborate with forklift operators or other material handlers as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
