Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland is hiring for an Assembly position on first shift. This is a fully onsite role at our Regal Rexnord office in Cleveland.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with benefits starting day one, 401(k) with match, and paid time off as part of a growing company with a strong team. Essential duties include building assemblies to print specs, documenting parts received, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in accordance with ISO 9001 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Entry Level Position.
• Able to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Able to work in a team to complete tasks.
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills.
• Able to use basic measuring devices (tape measure, micrometers, calipers).
• Operate power shop equipment.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.

• Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Receive and document receipt of component parts i.e., screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube and boot to work cell.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
