Production / Wire Harness Assembly Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Goshen, IN

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $17.00/hour

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production/Wire Harness Assembly Associates to join our team in Goshen, IN. This is a first-shift position in a clean manufacturing environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small parts, detailed assembly work, and producing high-quality products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble wire harnesses and other small components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform detailed, repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Read and follow written work instructions in English.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Work primarily in a seated position, with some positions requiring standing throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous production, assembly, or wire harness assembly experience is preferred.
• Soldering experience is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to ask questions when needed.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required; U.S. citizens or permanent residents only).
• Must pass a basic background check (no violent or sex-related offenses).
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.
• Must pass a color vision test.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Closed-toe shoes and safety glasses are required.
