Job summary

ABR Employment Services is seeking an Assembly Associate in Sturgeon Bay, WI for a 1st shift role. Earn $20.00/hour with a stable four-day workweek and growth opportunities. Join a team focused on quality and safety as you build and package products.

Responsibilities include following instructions, performing quality checks, learning multiple workstations, and supporting teammates to keep production moving efficiently. OT Fridays may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet expectations outlined in the Certification Guidelines and Flex Training Program.
• Willingness to stand, lift, move and perform hands-on work throughout the shift.
• Willingness to wear PPE and complete audiometric testing, as applicable.

• Follow operation sheets, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Learn and become certified in multiple workstations.
• Flex between workstations and support teammates as needed.
• Maintain production pace and takt time once certified.
• Replenish Kanban inventory bins.
• Safely operate tools and equipment while following ergonomic guidelines.
• Partner with team leads and co-workers to keep production moving efficiently.

Position: Assembly Associate
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Possible Fridays (Voluntary and/or Mandatory)

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play an important role in building quality products while working closely with your team. Your responsibilities will include:
